TIPS
All though it's nearly impossible to master SubSpace, one can learn ways to achieve their goals quicker, or make thier game play more enjoyable.  Here's a few tips and tricks the elite use to keep their unbelievably win/lose ratios:

- Run.  That's the best defence dispite what others will say, running is always the key.  While running, if you have enough energy, lay mines, or shoot bombs at the enemy chasing you.  You'll need to be flying backwards to do this.

- Energy Managment.  Mange your energy wisely, for your energy is your ships entegrity and weapons supply.  You have three basic levels of energy:  Blue, which means your energy is in the thousand's.  Yellow, which means your energy is in the hundreds.  And red, which means your energy is under 100.   Your best to stay in the blue, or high yellow.  Don't ever shoot if you're under 500 energy.  Always try to have 100% recharge rate, this will help your energy stay full.

- Long Bombing.  If you see a crowd of players, shoot as many bombs as you can at them, then turn away before you're in the players firing length.  With any luck, all those bombs you've fired should do some damage.

- Mine Repel.  This is what you might call a pathetic tactic, but it's a tactic for the players who use thier minds and wish to beat their opponent by sheer intelligence.  A mine repel consists of three things, mines, a repel, and a stupid enemy.  Set your mines up some where, when your enemy flys between you and your mines, let off your repel.  With any luck they won't react fast enough and fly through your mines, killing them.

- Primary tactic.  This is what every professional uses, it's a combination of bombs and bullets, a deadly combination indeed.  You'll need good accuracy for this one, the basics are, you shoot about 2-4 bullets at your enemy, for aiming, then shoot a bomnb.  Let off, then shoot a few more bullets then another bomb  Not only is this hard to dodge because of your bullets flying all over, but also because of the bomb flying their direction.

- Primare tactic [Weasel].  This one requires more accuracy.  You fire a bomb at your enemy, then shoot bullets directly afterward.   Fortunatly for the Weasel, you don't have a bomb to bullet delay.  You can shoot a bomb and less than half a second later shoot bullets.  With any other ship you need to wait atleast 1 second.  This tactic is also the most powerful, since the Weasel's bomb, the Electo Magnetic Pulse (EMP for short), takes your enemies energy down as a normal bomb would, but it also hold their energy down for a certain amount of time.   After you should your enemy with a bomb, shoot bullets, this will most definatly kill them if all your shits are direct.

- Peek-a-boo tactic.  This is somewhat advancec, you need to get an enemy chasing you, lay a portal, then once the enemy has passed the portal, hit insert and you'll end up behind them.  The idea is, you get somebody chasing you, they're shooting their weapons and losing alot of energy, all while you're running and gaining energy.  Once your enemy has passed the portal, warp, and shoot a few shots and they should be dead.  The best method is to warp, then use the Primary Tactic described above.

- Mine Fields.  Lay mines in one area, but make sure it's an area frequently travelled, site back, and watch somebody run into them.

- Enemy mine repel.  This is yet another advanced technique, which requires alot of planning.  You first need to fine an enemy mine field.  Get behind it, then repel.  This will repel the enemy mines into another enemy, if lucky.  This doesn't benefit you, but it's extremely helpful when being chased, it's more or less the strongest line of defence in the game.

- Wall Bombing.  If an enemy is near a wall, shoot some bombs at the wall.  The blast radius will go through the wall and damage your opponent.

- Bursting.  If somebodies chasing you, let them chase you intp a small enclosed area, like a tunnel or dead end, then burst.  Any of the burst bullets don't bcome active until they hit a wall, bursting in an open area isn't going to do any damage.

- ?ignore.  This is a key almost everybody forgets to use.  If you're being annoyed by somebody type "?ignore <name>" and it'll shut them up faster than a "fat man who sat down to fast."  Anger management is key to being a good player.  If you lose your grip, and start screaming at players, you're not going to fly normal as well as you're going to lose popularity.

- Ship Choice.  Pick a ship you like, get used to it, then use it lots.  In no time you'll be one of the best.
